Refund/Return & Service Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for parts and products returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in unused, original condition with all packaging.
Service Deposits & Cancellations
• Any deposits paid toward service appointments or repairs are non‑refundable once parts are ordered or work begins.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service may receive a partial refund, less administrative fees.
• Last‑minute cancellations (within 48 hours) may forfeit deposits.
Return Process
To return an item, contact us for return instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping. Non‑Refundable Items: Special orders, custom parts, and services that have already been performed are non‑refundable.

These restrictions are common in the marine industry because installed or opened equipment cannot be safely resold. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or solution. Restocking Fees: Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15–20%) depending on the item and condition. Service WorkLabor and completed service work are non-refundable.
